At UPEK GIDA, we carefully produce our orange juice concentrate from locally grown oranges in the fertile lands of Çukurova. Thanks to the region’s unique climate conditions, the oranges provide our product with natural aroma, vibrant color, and rich flavor.
Our orange juice concentrate, with a 65º Brix level, is suitable for industrial use; it performs exceptionally well in beverage production, the food industry, and other professional applications.
Without compromising quality and freshness, our product can be safely stored under cold chain conditions for up to 24 months.
Our orange juice concentrate produced by UPEK GIDA is safely used in a wide range of industrial fields such as juice and beverage production, bakery products, ice cream, dairy, ready meals, jam, and syrup production.
Our product fully reflects the natural color, aroma, and flavor of fresh oranges. With a concentration level of 65° Brix, it delivers high quality and efficiency.
Our concentrate is filled aseptically into 250 kg stainless steel drums under hygienic conditions. Shipments are made with 4 drums per pallet.
To preserve quality, the product must be stored and transported under cold chain conditions at -18°C.
At UPEK GIDA, all processes from production to shipment are planned with cold chain sensitivity. Our products are packaged in specially designed stainless steel drums to ensure protection from external factors.
During transportation, 4 drums per pallet are loaded, and all shipments are carried out at -18°C. This ensures the product reaches the customer with its original freshness and stability.
